2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • There is an error in pricing or product description

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service and typically arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text and branding, is the property of The Happy Nook Market and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • Loss or damage resulting from incorrect address information
